- Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW – Diploma)
- Junior Community Health Extension Workers (JCHEW – Certificate)
- Pharmacy Technicians’ Course (PHARM-TECH – Certificate)
- Environmental Health Technicians (EVT – Certificate)
- Medical Laboratory Technicians Course (MLT – Certificate)
- Public Health Nursing (HND)
For the following courses, admission is admissible through JAMB:
- Medical Imaging Technology (ND Program)
- Environmental Health Technology (ND Program)
- Health Information Management (ND Program)
How to Purchase the Anambra State College Of Health Technology (ASCOHT) Admission Form
Prospective students can purchase the admission form by following these steps:
- Visit www.ascont.edu.ng and click on the “Admission” tab.
- Complete the “Purchase Application Form” menu and proceed to “Payment” on Paystack.
- After completing the payment on Paystack, a receipt will be generated with a reference number.
- Go back to the main menu and select “Application Form,” then fill and submit.
The cost of the form is ₦8,600.
Important Dates
The sale of admission forms commences on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, and closes on Monday, August 7, 2023. The entrance examination dates are as follows:
- Tuesday, August 8, 2023 – Community Health courses
- Wednesday, August 9, 2023 – JCHEW, Pharm Tech, EVT, MLT, and Public Health Nursing (HND)
Note: Candidates seeking admission for the first set of courses through JAMB must purchase their JAMB forms, make ASCOHT their first choice institution, and take the JAMB examination.
